EVIDENCE Clinical Trial

	Have you had back surgery, but still have pain?
	Do you still have leg pain?
	Has your pain lasted longer than 6 months?

You may be suffering from failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS), a condition where back surgery fails to relieve pain. If so, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study to determine effectiveness of an implanted spinal cord stimulation device versus reoperation for relief of chronic pain in the back and leg.
